The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cadillac Soul, its directors, musicians, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, action, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from use of the site or services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Quebec Arbitration Association, in Montréal, in French, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Cadillac Soul concerning use of the site and services, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements.
